My name is Shelly Bursell, and I currently reside in the beautiful town of Windham, New Hampshire, with my husband and three children. I am very sensitive to the fact that selling your home can be a difficult and time consuming process. Choosing to sell your home can be exhausting physically, emotionally, and financially. My primary goal of staging your home is to make it appeal to the largest amount of potential buyers as possible while saving you time, money, and hopefully any price reductions while your home is on the market. After all, a little staging is almost always cheaper than your first price reduction.My approach is to first work with you on de-cluttering and de-personalizing your home so that buyers can see the house and it's features, instead of just your "stuff". Then, by creating an inviting sense of comfort, potential buyers will want to spend more time in your home, allowing themselves to imagine living there. Fortunately, in most cases, this does not require a whole lot of "back breaking" work. You can even get the whole family involved if you wish! I will walk you through detailed steps and tips for turning your home into a potentially "sold" one. |
