Staging Consultation: $150

I will visit your home and spend approximately 2 hours viewing your home, taking photos and preparing a report detailing changes that you need to make to give your home a "top notch" showing atmosphere. For an additional $50, I will return to "tweak" your staging, take photos, and prepare  pictures to be displayed on your listing.

Occupied Staging: $50 per hour(2 hr.min)

I like to start by visiting your home on a separate day to do a quick viewing, and take some photos (no charge). This allows me to determine what areas of your home to really focus our efforts on when we begin working together on our scheduled day.

I will work with you in your home for 2 or more hours to get you going on preparing the house for prospective buyers. We will start in the most visible part of the home on de-cluttering, furniture placement, and instruction for more time-intensive projects if needed (painting, cleaning, etc.). You determine the time (price) limit and we will get as much done as possible. With the "hands on" experience that you get, you should be able to complete the rest of the job! If you want me to do your entire home, I would be glad to give you a free estimate.

Staging for Photos: $300 and up

In this competitive market with too much inventory, you really have to sell your home twice.....once on the internet and once at the initial showing. This means your listing on the internet needs to be "top notch", with photos that capture potential buyers. For sellers who can't afford to empty their home, and start over, filling it with monthly furniture rentals or just don't have the time to prepare and keep their home in perfect showing condition, this is the service for you. I may bring a few props and artwork for photos, or shop your home for items that will make it look great online! We bring our camera, and the "know-how" to transform some key rooms into perfect pictures for your listing on the internet. Includes 10 photos and a virtual slideshow. The best part is, after the photos have been taken, you can relax and continue to live in your home without the stress of a mess!
